IO Centers offers three professional meeting rooms at two prime locations in Sharq, Arraya and Dar Al Awadi, available by the hour to IO Centers clients and external bookings. Each room is fully equipped for client presentations, training sessions, interviews, and board meetings, with ergonomic seating, Smart TV displays, internet access, and on-site IT support.
IO Centers offers flexible pricing for block bookings, recurring sessions, and full-day training events. Rates shown per room are standard hourly; contact the client service team for a tailored quote.
The following can be arranged on request, subject to advance notice and applicable charges:
Meeting rooms should be booked at least five working days before the scheduled date. Once a booking is received, IO Centers sends a written confirmation and a booking form, which should be signed and returned by both parties. Payment must be received at least one working day before the scheduled meeting. Working hours are Sunday to Thursday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM; after-hours bookings can be arranged on request.
External clients who book meeting rooms typically include companies hosting investor or client presentations, training organisations running half-day or full-day sessions, consultants meeting Kuwait-based clients, hybrid teams requiring a neutral meeting space, and law firms or auditors needing a confidential venue for client reviews. Existing IO Centers serviced office clients receive one free hour of meeting room access per day as part of their package, with additional hours at discounted rates.
