The IO Centers client service team will need to coordinate with the client during the licensing process for a discounted fee.
In most sectors, Kuwaiti law requires a local partner to hold at least 51 percent of a Kuwaiti company. Certain sectors are open to full foreign ownership through the Kuwait Direct Investment Promotion Authority (KDIPA), and recent reforms have opened new routes for foreign branches. When the selected office is available and client documentation is in order, most move-ins are completed within one to three working days. For furnished private offices, paperwork and handover can typically be finalised the same week.
Serviced office contracts start at one month. Virtual office packages start at one month. Coworking can be booked daily or by monthly membership.

Yes. Each client receives a four-digit floor access code and a key-card for their office, enabling entry at any time including weekends. For security, key-cards cannot be used to access meeting rooms; these are booked separately through the client service team.
Yes, on a limited basis. IO Centers' in-house PRO can assist with basic ministry and licensing procedures, subject to applicable charges. Visa and residency applications for company employees are not included, as Kuwaiti regulations require the PRO to hold the company's residency to act on its behalf.
